The love of sailing:
Born in the UK. Born to sail.
Spent her early childhood and youth sailing dinghies and keelboats on the River Yare.
Trained at the Royal Yacht Academy and earned her endorsements as a professional yacht captain
Graduated from the University of Kent. Honours Degree in International Relations
Crossed the Atlantic four times.
Cruised both the eastern and western Atlantic shores.
Sailed the Mediterranean and much of the Caribbean.
Held positions as 1st mate, sailing instructor, yacht captain, and yacht chef in the United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Antigua and the BVI.
The love of cooking and people.

Having travelled the world Daisy has had the opportunity to take cuisine specific courses in many food-centric hotspots.
She prides herself transforming classic dishes, into fresh healthy meals, with a Caribbean twist.
